The Loft is a luxurious, studio style barn conversion situated between Whitby and Scarborough in the quiet rural village of  Staintondale  which lies within the North York Moors National Park.

Sympathetically converted from a former stone and pantile granary, the loft offers luxurious accommodation, with exposed beams, quirky windows, and aged timber floors. the spacious, studio-style living area has a sumptuous super king-sized bed (which can be split into a twin upon request) and a cosy, comfortable sitting area. The separate kitchen and dining area boasts a bespoke, hand made kitchen, granite work tops, and a belfast sink. With stunning countryside views, the loft is situated on the owners 14 acre small holding and provides a lovely, romantic hideaway for couples wanting tranquility and privacy, yet within easy reach of Whitby and Scarborough. With a network of public footpaths at the door, it is a walkers paradise. guests are also welcome to wander the fields and woods, and meet the miniature shetland ponies and the highland cows!

There is ample private, off-road parking.

Accommodation

All first floor. Sleeps two people, Super King-sized bed (can be split into a twin on request) and comfortable sitting area. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Separate kitchen and dining area.

Full central heating, Electric combination oven/microwave, electric induction hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, flat screen TV with freesat, DVD, Ipod Dock, Radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Extensive, communal grounds and gardens with seating areas. Ample off road parking. Sorry no pets. Non-smoking property. Please note: this property is not suitable for infants and children. Shop 5 mins walk (limited opening times), pub 1.7 miles.
